Wedding Questions

Consider the following when thinking about dancing at your wedding…

1. When is the wedding taking place?

With all of the many tasks that happen close to a wedding, you want to make sure that you come in for lessons at least 6-8 weeks before the wedding so that you have enough time to become comfortable before the big day.

2.  Is there a song that has special meaning to both of you?

If so, that may be the best choice for a first dance.  We will instruct you on the type of dance that would fit that song.

3.   Is there a tone or mood that you would like to set at the reception?

If so, a first dance can really help set the mood for a romantic setting, a great party, or anything in between.  We will help you make a great choice!

4.   Are there other family members that you will be dancing with?

If so, they should come in with you for a lesson or two so that everyone feels comfortable dancing in front of the reception crowd.

5.  What size will your dance floor be?

We need to know so that we can make sure that your dancing fits whatever size floor you have.

6.  What types of music will you have at the reception?

Almost every type of music can be danced to; we can help you match dance styles to your favorite songs!

7.  Would you want to do more dancing together after you marry?

Dancing is a great activity for a couple, and is something that you can do almost anywhere, anytime, for the rest of your lives.  A wedding dance is a great start!
